Return and Refund Policy

We want you and your baby to be happy with every order. If something is not right, we are here to help.

7-day returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The product should be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

How to return

• Message us on WhatsApp at 0344 4526841 with your order number
• Tell us what went wrong and share a photo if it helps
• We will arrange the pickup or guide you on the next step

Refunds and exchanges

Once we receive and check the returned item, we will offer a replacement, an exchange, or a refund, whichever you prefer. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent by bank transfer or easypaisa.

What cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety, some items like feeding nipples and opened skincare cannot be returned once used, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
