Privacy Policy

At Nanhe Pao, your trust matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

What we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email, and delivery address. For Cash on Delivery we need your phone number so our team can confirm the order before it ships.

How we use it

• To process and deliver your order
• To confirm Cash on Delivery orders by phone or WhatsApp
• To reply to your questions
• To send order updates and, if you subscribe, occasional offers

What we never do

We never sell your information. We share your details only with our delivery partners so your parcel reaches you, and only what they need to deliver it.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time. Just message us on WhatsApp at 0344 4526841 or email orderyfy@gmail.com.
